Architectural Glulam Posts are glu-laminated posts that can be used in several applications that are usually exposed. Here at Rigidply, we offer quite a few options to fit your needs ranging from type of wood species to treatment, staining or sealing options. Below are the options we offer:
- Standard Architectural Glulam Posts come in widths of 3″, 5″, 6 3/4″, 8 1/2″ and 10 1/2″ (Actual dimensions)
- Standard Depths are in multiples of 1 3/8″ starting at 4 1/8″ up to 71 1/2″
Wood species include Southern Yellow Pine, Douglas Fir, Alaskan Yellow Cedar and Port Orford Cedar. The specifications for these options are as follows:
- Southern Yellow Pine
- Comb 49 (1:10), Comb 50 (1:12), 24F-V5 (Fully Treated or Fully Untreated Options Only)
- Douglas Fir
- Comb 3 (L2D), 24F-V8 (No Treatment Options)
- Alaskan Yellow Cedar
- 70 (L2), 20F-V13 (No Treatment Options)
- Port Orford Cedar
- 74 (L2), 20F-V15 (No Treatment Options)
