Rigidply Rafters, Inc. Glu-Laminated Beams offer many advantages for projects ranging from residential, agricultural, recreational, commercial, schools, and churches. Available in Industrial, Architectural, and Premium Appearance Grades, our beautifully rich and warm beams enhance every structure.

Glu-Laminated Beams are superior in all strength categories characteristic to solid sawn lumber. Using multiple plies of kiln dried lumber, bonded together with waterproof phenol-resorcinol adhesive, our beams resist checking and twisting.

Rigidply Rafters, Inc. has been manufacturing Glu-Laminated products since 1954 and confidently guarantees the most dimensionally stable and reliable products. Our in-house Quality Control Laboratory is approved and monitored by the American Institute of Timber Construction and performs daily tests on each glue joint, measuring for strength and durability.

In the final phase of the manufacturing process, Rigidply’s Glu-Laminated beams can be cut, drilled, stained, and sealed to your specifications. Our beams are available in Southern Yellow Pine, Treated Southern Yellow Pine (0.6 pcf CCA), Douglas Fir, Alaskan Yellow Cedar, and Port Orford. Additionally, a protective binding can be applied to the beam to protect its beauty and maintain its quality throughout the delivery and installation process.
